Everytime you book lessons or workshops with Learn French Step by Step, you are rewarded with some loyalty points.
After a certain number of points, you win a badge, called a belt (like Karate belts) and a permanent coupon code is sent to you.
The more badges you win, the less you pay for your lessons and workshops.
The lowest badge rewards you with a permanent 10% coupon code, and the highest one allows you to carry on with your learning journey with a permanent 40% coupon code!
Coupons can only be used for your next purchases. You can not ask to use a coupon to claim a part refund of a lesson or group of lessons already bought.
If you win a great number of points thanks to the purchase of a 10 hour pack, you win will your loyalty points immediately, however the coupon code will be sent to you after completion of the 10 lessons.
Here are the details of the number of points you need for each belt and coupon code.
Blue belt: you need to reach 130 loyalty points to win this belt and a permanent 20% off coupon code.
Yellow belt: you need to reach 190 loyalty points to win this belt and a permanent 25% off coupon code.
Green belt: you need to reach 250 loyalty points to win this belt and a permanent 30% off coupon code.
Brown belt: you need to reach 310 loyalty points to win this belt and a permanent 35% off coupon code.
Black belt: you need to reach 500 loyalty points to win this belt and a permanent 40% off coupon code.
Cancellation of lessons and loyalty points.
Please note that if you cancel a lesson, you will lose the loyalty points corresponding to it.
If you cancel a 10 hour pack before finishing it, you lose the loyalty points corresponding to the unattended lessons. Also, the points you keep will always correspond to the number you would have earned if you had bought each attended lesson individually, even if you have bought the pack with a coupon code.
